Colour Magic / T-Cut?

Having failed to make it to ding day again, my poor car seems to have a growing collection of minor scratches and marks on the paintwork.
Considering giving it an all over polish with one of the above... Has anyone done this?

Run your fingernail across the scratch, if you can feel it then it's too deep for t-cut. Colour magic will fill the scratch with polish, it will hide it but won't last for long, generally those colour magic polishes bring faded colour back, I used to use it on a red car I had, which along with yellow are two of the worst colours for this. It worked great but I had to do it regularly.

If its just fine scratches t-cut should work just don't do it in direct sunlight or on a hot day and do small areas at a time as once it drys it's a bugger to get off. T-cut now do a two part colour polish, don't know what that's like, to be honest some people swear by it some swear at it?

what i would use if the scratches aren't too deep is 1500 and 2000 grade paper and then a buff with G3...if you have never used G3 and a buffer you would be better off lettin someone with experience do it as you may cut thru the paint...
