Issue that has been doing my head in for the last week...   s:evil:  s:evil:

The noise appears to be somewhere between behind the brake pedal and OSF wheel/suspension.
Only happens at low speed
Only happens at a certain, predictable braking pressure point - I can even slightly (but not completely) release the brakes, apply bit more pressure to get multiple clicks/clonks - funnily enough I don't do this often.
The pressure required is very small - enough the slow the car down gently but not enough to trouble the suspension.
It sometimes doesn't do it immediately - then a few miles down the road it will start.

It might be the same issue as this  l viewtopic.php?f=11&t=31093&hilit=+clunk#p385421 l  - so could be the brake pads...

Now I've recently replaced the pads/discs (bought from the local autoparts)... but this started happening a month after I had refitted them. Plus this exact same thing happened last year, on the old pads/discs, over a couple of weeks of quite dry weather, then disappeared. Nothing was touched. No explanation (even from the Toyota dealer who investigated it)...

  s:scared: :scared: s:scared:

Cheers,

Mark
