Lost KEY/FOB for 2003 Model

Hi, just prchased a 2003 model for my wife but came with only one key/fob. I require a spare. Whats the best way of purchasing one/programmed??. Is it expensive and a Toyota dealer job? With thanks Dave (new to the MR2 world)

Just out of interest is yours an MR2 or an MRs (jap import)? What colour key do you have??
