Lowering springs, fitting times?

hi, does anyone know what the fitting time would be for all 4 lowering springs?
Just trying to work out whether to do it myself or take it to the garage and be lazy! Haha

Depends on loads of different factors:

State of bolts
Ease of removal
Access to correct tools
Etc

If you can get some spring compressors and are over this way any time soon, I can lend a hand!?
