Has anyone had any problems connecting Bluetooth ODB2 Readers to their MR2s? I have one, and it pairs with my device fine (tried 2 Android phones and a PC), but it can not read any data from it. (Torque Pro on my Galaxy S3 says its paired with the adapter and communicating, but can not read from the ECU).

Initally I thought it was a faulty adapter, but when I plug the adapter into my daily hack (2012 Corsa) it picks it up fine, and works perfectly.... so I guess it has to be something with the MR2?

Mine is fine. Make sure the immobiliser hasn't timed out before ECU connection.

I bought a "Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine" to lose weight. I put on five stone. I blame the delicious gravy it makes.

Many many times it has been stated the import is not OBDii compliant ... no one has so far found a reader that works with them unfortunately.
You can read codes using the paper-clip trick, but that's about all you have.

Unless you fit an after-market ecu Apexi PFC which gives you the commander where you can see what's going on.
