For the SPH-DA01 the manual says it is green/white to connect to the power supply side of the parking brake switch. If you do a google search you should find a PDF manual at  w www.pioneerelectronics.com/StaticFiles/ ... ual.pd.You w  should be able to find the manuals for other models on the website too.

heya,

if there was a wire to plug into handbrake, this means it plays videos  s:P :P s:P

you will probably need to have them on your iPod/iphone, if you have wired it into your handbrake then your handbrake will need to be applied to watch the videos.

I earthed the wire, so i could watch videos anytime... not that i condone watchin videos on the move as it is dangerous and you could have an accident  s;) ;) s;)

How easy is it to fit the appradio? And what's it like to use?

App radio 2 is verry responsive to use. Lots of uaeful features, good screen I would recommend it... better than I thought

Its.... quite a lot to install... if you install it properly. But well worth it. The manual talks you through it

I had read somewhere - think if was the halfords web site - that, with the app radio,  you could not listen to the radio if the sat nav was on, is this right? I bought some Focal 165s last week and I'm wondering whether or not to upgrade my head until (or stick with it and just output it to an amp), so the appradio might be in contention. Mostly all I care about is music.

Also does the radio keep the phone well charged? Is it feasible to use the sat nav on the iphone for longer journeys e.g. a few hours?

Hi

Its not fantastic as a charger. You cant run gps and increase battery power. Well you could but you would probaby need to close all other apps. Not you cant listen to the radio with the gps. But you can have music player on your phone and listen to tue music on your phone while running gps.

I have the same speakers. But wired it through the vibe amp which is currently on offer at halfords. The result I get is fantastic

Will do a full write up there night to explain everything as there are soo many people with questions.

I've got an iphone 5, and I don't think it plays well with the app radio, but the amp looks like it might be in with a shout. Cheers Vinxy.
