Air intake removal

I'm thinking of spraying my air intake scoops bright silver, I reckon they would look good on my Chilli-Red PFL. How easy is it to remove them? Any comments appreciated.

Ply them off gently with a screwdriver remembering to put a cloth behind the blade and shaft to protect the paintwork. They are held on with 3 white plastic rivets.

You can clear your drains while you're there.
