Try this for the removal of the door cards

As for running the wiring for the speakers, I found DJ Vinxy's you tube vid helpful

I used thick gauge speaker wire which seemed go through quite easily once covered in grease (others use fairy liquid). Others have also used the stock wiring.

When you come to fit the speakers, I believe you can get new mounts from ebay relatively cheap. I gutted the stock mount, removing the magnet from the back, but the circumference of the speaker mount is hollow so I could not screw my new speakers onto the old mount. So I used some epoxy putty from poundland to fill out the hollow bits and then screwed the speakers in once the putty was dry. A month later and nothing seems to be rattling about! Anyway it's a relatively easy job.

Also I placed my crossovers in the compartment at the footwells. I will try and post a couple of pics. I thought it was better than putting the components in the doors to get banged about continually.

This is where I put the crossovers

Hope that helps.
