I actually got a very nice, smiley, friendly wave from................A MK2 OWNER!!!!! Was a standard GT (I think) in white and the guy looked like he was in his early 40s. But came past me as I was coming off a slip road on the A14. Had been watching him weave in and out of the traffic in my mirror for about 5-6 miles and wondered what he was doing. I get the feeling that with the enthusiasm of the wave and general acknowledgement, he was just trying to catch up with me!!!!  s:oops: :oops: s:oops:    s:lol: :lol: s:lol:  

Now that DID take me aback.........a bloomin' Mk2 owner............  s:shock: :shock: s:shock:

had a little race with one the other night, there was nothing in it in 2nd and 3rd gear, kept up with me round some sharp turns too.

anyone know what the 0-60 is on a std mkII?
