No accessory power on 1st turn of key

Haven't heard of this before hoping someone can advise, When turning ignition on (1st click) I have no power. E.g can't open windows or turn stereo on. Sometimes I can hear what sounds like a relay / buzzing sound which I believe is coming from behind bulkhead.
If I continue turning key so ignition lights come on I have full power to everything but the buzzing sound may last a few seconds then stop.
Before I investigate can anyone advise / had this issue before? Fuse or relay?

Sounds like a relay mate.

This my ignition is different i dont get power until on ignition put someone fitted a clifford alarm.

I will have a look next I think it's a relay also. Hopefully a nice easy fix
