removing headunit in 05 car ?

Hi all , just finished upgrading my speakers to Focals ,made easy by following the guides and advice on here
so moving on to replacing the head unit !
Im sure there is a guide somewhere to removing the std one ,but it eludes me !
Anyone point me in the right direction ? think I wll be ok once I remove the original unit
