toyota recommend a 5-30

lotus a 5-40

my car is only ever driven on weekends and will be doing track days every now and again - first one booked for Pembrey in a few weeks.

Recommendations please.

Pretty much the same spec at the 1zz by the look of it. Definitely go for a decent fully synth if you're tracking it, I like Fuchs in my 1zz personally.
