Hi people, I am in the process of trying to bring these kits into the country. Having spoken to jay at BRS he said if I can get 1 other confirmed buyer for the kit then we could get the kit for $2250 as the first two kits in the uk. After this the price will go up. I have been quoted $500 to get it to britain around £275 but hopefully with 2 kits ordered it would make it cheaper for them to post together.

So for 1 other person or possibly more if they agree we could have the kit for around £1519.33 based on an exchange of 1.81 and carrige at $500 what do people think? I want to get these ordered quickly and a deposit of $1000 ( £552 ) secures. Need to know asap as I will be placing my order within the next 2 weeks.

Y'know, I'd be alot more interested in that kit if they'd actually finished it!

Seriously, you're a brave man to buy a kit that you haven't even seen the finished article of (unless you've seen pictures that aren't on their website). It looks ok, but until you can see a fully-finished version, you have no idea what it's really going to look like.

It could look as cheap as the price.   s:wink:  s:wink:

I know but i have vision, look at the quality and finish of there 350z, it looks really good! The kit is now finished and could be shipped to the uk for the first week in october, I need someone else to go in with me in order to get the special price.

Now you are joking, right?  s:shock:  s:shock:   That Z looks a right balls-up. What's with the ugly bolt-on look?  s:evil:  s:evil:  Body kits are meant to enhance the lines of a car, not totally destroy them. If the MR2 kit is going to be bolt-on (with visible mounts) then it too will look crap. My in humble opinion, of course.

the mr2 kit will have no external mounting points visible. All will be hidden, as for the Z its like it or not kind of thing  s:lol:  s:lol:

Hope you don't think were all jumping on you for being a newbie, but that 350Z kit really really doesn't look good.  Look at this pic

The panel gaps are dreadful, and this is a show car.  I usually don't mind the exposed bolt look, but this just doesn't work.

I have to say the MRS kit doesn't look as bad as the 350Z kit but as it's been menionted its a bit dubious as to waht the finished product will look like.

IMHO the kit your taking off is a lot better than this kit.

But saying that if this really is what you want then good luck and I hope it all works out!
