Door Card Removal

Right have done a search but can't find what i want.

The Door card (Leather part) on the drivers door has started to rattle EXTREMELY badly, now the door skin is dynamatted but is there anyway just to remove this leather part?

on a pre-03, no.

on yours maybe you'll need to take the panel off and look though.
