Help Needed With Part Number Please!

Can anyone help me with the part number for the pre-facelift stereo surround for the OE Sony head unit? I've been trying for ages to buy a second hand one with no success so in the end I decided to bite the bullet and order a new one from Chris at CTP. The problem is it's turned up and it's the one from a facelift car! s:(

s:( I've queried this with Chris and he says there is only the one part number listed for all years of car ie: pre and post facelift, but as we all know they're completely different shapes/sizes so I'm confused??? s:? :? s:?

Anyone got any ideas?

How does that compare to the one you recieved ?....Toyo diy seem to list the same number for early and late....strange?

Entered a 2000 year car and it came up the same number......entered an 05 and it came up the same number......maybe they just use the same surround with the side fillers for both cars now? (toyota sell the fillers as well)

Can you not find a car on eBay that is being broken, and request that part from the seller?

Or are they very rare?

Tried that but have been looking for ages without success, some sellers will only sell them with the stereo! I just don't understand why there is only one listed when they're completely different trims!

The PFL surround came with the Sony stereo and was never a Toyota part.
