Hood bang

Having completed the 600-mile recommended running in stage I'm now starting to fully enjoy the 2. However guess what? The rattles have started!  s:( s:(  

I've read many of the previous threads concerning the main problem areas and will get around to them at some point in the future - at this stage they are very minor. Just be being pedantic!

However there is one quite disconcerting bang (not a rattle) when I go over some average size bumps, potholes, manholes etc. Big bumps don't seem to produce it. The noise seems to be coming from the hood fixing clap when it's folded (I've got a hard top). If I undo the hood and allow it to sit just above the clasp the noise seems to disappear.

Is there any adjustment on this fixing or does anyone have experience of similar sounds coming from elsewhere in rear/hood?  s:? :? s:?

Mine did the same, I put some grease on all 4 mounting points and its gone. I think the body and hard top flex but not together so a little lubrication is needed!
