machine gun EVAP VSV

I was checking my coolant when I got home from work and my engine sounded more noisy than the normal chain driven engine noise.
At first I thought it was cams chattering but when I listened closer I noticed it's coming from the EVAP VSV.

It really does sound like a machine gun!!

I've never noticed this before but a quick google says they can be noisy... Does anyone else have a noisy VSV?
