Could anybody confirm that these american part numbers are the same in the uk?

Cat to muffler bolts     90901-05020
Cat to muffler springs  90501-35036

Any tips for getting these springs into the bloody holes,

They don't want to go and no amount of pushing (well no amount of my pushing, seems to help.

Thinking about it, i wonder if the grease monkey who did such a shoddy job of intalling the exhaust has replaced my gasket with a larger, shoddier gasket thus making the screws no longer fit ~(which would explain why he didn't put the same bolts back on).

EDIT, hmm think i'm going to give up, use some 3" bolts with the springs and just sort of guess at how compressed the springs need to be.
