MK3 Roof Latches - All scratched up

Hi, my roof latches are all scratched up.

Not very experienced at this but I was planning to rub down with wet and dry and then prime but I'm not sure what would be the best spray paint for them?   Just want them to look factory finish.   Would any normal satin spray do the job or is there something more durable I should use.

Any advice/tips  greatly received.

Powder coat is the better finish, otherwise go for an enamel paint as it has a slightly harder finish.
