Relay gone?

Was wondering if anyone can help me out with this.

Went to take car out today but the only light that came on was the airbag warning light. No oil and light etc.

The car started, but there's no mileage display, rev dials don't work.

Have since tried other things and no reverse lights or beeping and window switches won't work.

I'm thinking its a relay, but could do with someone to confirm my suspicions and if would appreciate your help confirming which one would it be under the bonnet. (That's where the clicking noise seems coming from when I turn the key.

Sounds more like a fuse has gone to me, but can't help you any further than that sorry

Had a look at the fuses found one that's blown. Replaced and all back to normal.
