Dash plastic creek squeak

Help needed  my dash has a very plastic type squeak coming I think from the area of the heater controls, happens on bumpy roads mainly.I have removed radio and ashtray  cup holder glove box ,padded cable tied everything ,but it's still there ,yes I can put the radio on.Can anyone suggest what it may be and how to stop it without removing the dash,want to cure the problem  as its spooling the great drive Thanks.Peter.

IIRC there is a guide for helping with this, involves squeezing rubber pipe between the screen and the edge of the dash?
