PART isuues

hello i live in teh cayman islands, and bought my car right from japan, as such it is a RHD vehicle. i need some new parts for it, but am not sure if the parts i need are teh same ones from the US (closest and cheapest way for me to get parts)
i need a starter and alternator, does anybody know if my starter would be the same as the ones in teh US? the part number is 28100-22030 for teh starter.
if anybody can shed some light on this i would greatly appreciate it.

aaaah the sweet sweet cayman islands, lived there for a year mysen, looong time ago, amazing place.
