all 3 of the 3 amigo studs seem to be rusted into the manifold I've bought.

Soaking in plus gas, but unsure how to remove them.

Already chewed up a new nut I've bought as a replacement for the swapover, so reluctant to destroy more without knowing best way forward.

Any advice?

Managed to get them out with a set of these

Now struggling to undo the 3 amigos on the manifold fitted to the car and don't want to use the above on them and ruin the studs..

Not even getting the O2 sensors unclipped at moment.....starting to think my mechanical skill fall flat after good intentions stage and buying stuff!!

Have shelved the manifold swap for now in case I render car undriveable before my trackday on 27th.

Think I'll book it onto local independent garage to sort it out properly!

Hrumph!

I  don' t believe those studs are the originals.
My 2' s had a Torq head opposite the business end.
Hopefully the correctly threaded stud has been used for the replacement.
To remove the studs I suggest using two nuts, locked together with two spanners, then use a spanner on the lower nut to remove the stud.
Application of heat to the adjacent manifold plate would help.
