Please can some one help. Really stuck, as I can't move the car.

I have read some feeds before hand, but it doesn't appear similar to my issue. Any link, help or advice would really be appreciated.

Car; Jap Import MRS - Year 2000. Sigma factory Car alarm with key pad in passenger footwell. - Vin available on request. Pictures can also be provided if necessary.

Drove the car this morning, no issues. Car opened with the key fob, disabled the alarm to allow the car to start (as normal so far). Driven back to High wycombe, where the car is now stuck.

The car will allow me to open the doors manual using the key barrel. But not using the Fob. As soon as you enter the car the alarm sounds, and cannot be disabled.

Check fob batteries?
Car Battery?
Is there a  generic code to reprogramme the sigma fob to the car?

Can some please help.

As far as I know, the imports did not have an alarm so presumably this is an after market one and not MR2 specific so may be best to try a google search?

Are you in AA/RAC etc as if so, I would be ringing them.

Sorry cant be of any help, good luck.
