Dipped headlights working fine but no light/icon illuminating on the dash

Hi
Hoping someone can help with this. I've checked all other dash lights and they all come on including high beam. I just don't get the green light/icon for the dipped lights anymore. I've had the cluster off tonight and it doesn't look like the sort of light you'd typically replace or expect to fail. Hoping there is a connection elsewhere I could check? Any ideas?

I dont believe my car shows a green dipped beam headlight on the dash, definitely does for high/full beam in blue.  I don't believe its a requirement in the UK

So there isn't even a light for this then? Just got my car back after 4 months so I guess it's just my useless memory!

The dash just illuminates, nothing more. I think my m8s gen 7 celica shows a light for dipped beam but our car doesnt.
