Before I attempt to replace my front shocks, does anyone have a "How to" on this subject (couldn't find one in the forum)

Anything I need to be aware of?
Best method?
Torque setting?

Thanks

I know, it took me ages to realise what that was all about!

If you can get your hands on an impact wrench, it saves a lot of time and flexing of your swear muscles.
The only problem I came across with mine was undoing the top nuts. I spent ages on them, then my neighbour came home, borrowed his impact wrench, and they span straight off.
The Sun is out, the sky is blue,
The roof is down on my MR2,
And I\'m grinning, grinning ear to ear!

You mean the 3 nuts under the frunk?
Ive already manage to get them off before without a problem to paint the ring black.

The nut that holds the damper rod, in the middle of the top mount. It can be a bit of a pain as there's nothing to grip to stop the damper rod spinning.
