Can the pulley on the Tensioner arm be replaced or do I have to buy the whole assy?

If so anyone know where I can get one

Also anyone know the P/N of the Idler Pulley

If you take a peek at the bolt head that holds the tensioner pulley on, you'll see it requires a special tool (sneaky eh?).  We grind them off and put it back together with a good quality cap-head.

Once it's apart it can generally be refurbished.

It is also possible (we've done it) to press the bearing out of the idler pulley and replace it with a new one.  Once it's out, you can measure it up and you'll find it's a readily available standard size.  A friendly local machine-shop with probably press it for you for little money.

These parts add up, so (sometimes) it pays to be a bit creative.

@Carolyn how on earth do you get access to grind the bolt off? I am guessing that you do this when thyou engine is out? Thanks

Take the tensioner off.  Remove belt, remove 12 mm nut that holds the spring to the head, remove 19 mm headed bolt that the tensioner pivots around (it's long but you can get it out).
Tensioner off.
Tip:  put loctite on the thread of the new bolt.

If you've not done a belt before, take a look at Shnazzle's guide in the 'how to' section.

I am not sure what I was concerned about reference getting access to grind off the bolt. The whole job took me about 25 minutes. I used one of these to remove the "special bolt":

I also decided while the adjuster was off to split the seal at the pivot point and regrease.
