Heat shields removed still rattling/vibrating when warm!!!

So after removing every single heat shield possible convinced it was the source of my rattle when the car is up to temperature I still have a really annoying rattle/vibration around 2-3000rpm!

Car makes no rattle/vibrations when the car is cold only when nice & warm. Finding it really difficult to trace, I know the lower engine mount needs replacing as it does look fairly warn so I'm wondering if this could be contributing to the issue? The car runs fine no problems at all other than this annoying tinny vibration....

Does "every single heat shield" include those on the 90 deg. bend section immediately downstream of the flexible section?
