Hi,
But of a long shot perhaps - but anyone near the oxford area have meisterr CRD+ fitted (or the older meisterr-R) & willing for me to ride along?

May end up getting these, a bit worried about how they behave in pothole heaven (oxford has to be the worst city for potholes, go to a neighboring county and its like driving on billiard tables!)

Cheers,
Laurence

I do and am about half an hour away. HOwever I'm going to be exceptionally busy for probably 2 weeks. Pm me to remind me if you don't get any joy by then.

I'm in Bicester so you have a second option.

Ride along was successful, thanks Mike  :-) :-) :-)  - very nice 2 as well.
I like the meisterr's, stiffer and yet more compliant over pot holes compared at least to my stock set up at 70k miles. Seems theres more give in the high frequency range and stiffer at low frequency. Will probably take the plunge and go for a set of these  :-) :-) :-)   - not bad at all over oxford roads.

That's my take on it too but I'd never categorically say buy them unless you've tried them. I would describe them as having good primary ride comfort (the bibbles and bobbles) whilst having a stiffer secondary response (The bumps, loads, and bigger hits). They're good on normal road, but god like on track or fast smooth circuits.

Do get a front strut brace too if you don't have one. The Ultra racings look decent value for not much money. Does cost you your frunk lid though!

No problem Laurence, it was a pleasure.
