Looking for a how to on how to remove the 1zz from the mr2  away to do a k20 swap soon and trying to keep costs down by doing the removal myself  any advice.?

If you have to transport it to somewhere to get the swap done it'll save you more being able to drive it to there.

Usual way is to drop everything (engine,sub frame,suspension) and lift the car off. meaning you'd have to put 1/2 of the stuff back to be able to move it.
