rear bumper removal

after doing a fairly extensive search for instructions on bumper removal, i came up with nowt, nadda, diddly. Can anyone point me to some instructions? i know theres 16 attachment points but thats it and i don't want to damage the panel

Its actuallly remarkably similar to removing the front bumper:

The only things to watch out for are the fixings under the lights, so you have to remove those first, the number plate lights, which you have to unplug by removing the number plate and the surround panel behind it, and there are 3 or 4 plastic fixings really high up under the bumper that attach it to the bottom of the steel bumper bar.

I'm also going to be doing this when I get my H&S exhaust from the group buy in a few weeks.   Grant posted some useful information and pictures for me in the group buy thread, and I'm hoping that he won't mind me asking some more questions if (as seems inevitable) I get stuck when it comes to doing it   s:wink: :wink: s:wink:  

I've read the guides to changing the exhaust without removing the bumper and this seems more complex and more likely to cause problems, so bumper removal it is...
