Transponder key amplifier location

Hi,

Can someone please tell me where I can find the transponder key amplifier? Referred to as T2 on the electrical schematics.

On the diagram it shows near to I10 (ignition switch) so you should find it somewhere in the steering column area.  If my wiring diagram is right it has 5 wires to it - black, yellow, white/black, yellow/blue and black/blue.

2000 x reg pfl - blue - as original no mods
In the late 1980's
1982 x reg Toyota Corolla Liftback Coupe (also blue)
1978 s reg Mitsubishi Celeste Coupe (yellow)

Thanks Paul. It's resolved. It's built into the coil receiver pack. Just spoke to Toyota.
