Key remote not unlocking the car

Hey guys, so today I go to try and open my car with my remote as per usual, using the unlock button, but the indicator lights don't flash twice like they usually do, so when I open the car door, the alarm goes off.

The light (on the remote) does go on when pressing the remote button, but I changed the battery anyway, and I still have the same problem. I had a spare key remote which I also tried and that didn't work either.

The immobiliser light is also on as usual.

Any ideas what the problem could be? Or how to solve it?

It might be some radio interference from a wireless device. Try it out in another location of possible.
Ex 2GR-FE roadster. Sold it. Idiot.  Now Jaguar F-Type P450 75 Edition RWD. Officially over by the bins.

Yes, Foxy was interfered with   s:wink: :wink: s:wink:   It was the next door neighbour's wi fi.   s:roll: :roll: s:roll:

Thanks, but apparently last night something set the alarm off, and when I went to try the fob today, it worked!

Not sure what happened there.
