Breaker is a good bet.
Dean at Rutland or Dick Sloane.
Some people have had them made up by hydraulic hose specialists.
First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

As you've been advised, do try Rutland MR2 or Dick Sloan.  They are specialist roadster people.

I don't know how the 'dongle' crept in.  I didn't type it.  At, least I don't think I did....

I got the pattern ones off eBay for about £80 in the end (there was a tiny bit of surface rust on the union so they knocked another £20 off). I see they've ramped the price up since

That said I would echo the reccomendation to go to a breaker - the pattern one unions are a different design to the stock and needed far more tightening than I felt necessary to achieve a leak free connection.

Replaced mine last year with a set off eBay. Cost £99 from a seller called "dapartz". Think they still stock them but the price has gone up a bit.

At one time a " dongle" was a must have for those wanting to connect!
