Removing Leather Seat Covers : Help Please.!

Hi everyone,
I want to remove the leather covers of my PFL seats to fit a heated seat kit. I've got the seats out of the car and have unbolted the base from the seat frame, so the base cover looks fairly straightforward to remove/refit.

However the backrest cover has a zip that runs across the bottom but does not have a toggle to lock/unlock the zip. Now before I undo anything here, can someone advise how I remove and refit the backrest cover please?
