It certainly appears INCOMPETENT, but the first message heading was IMPORTANT, I then thought that might not be attention getting enough and so headed the others with IMPOTENT and that seems to have attracted some attention and hopefully some interest in the PB Memorial Trophy voting.
There may have been some encouragement from the juice of the fruit from the vine, but if a pint it would have been in several small doses.
