Had a nice weekend up in Derbyshire this weekend around Matlock/Belper, drove up Saturday morning some 166 miles a bit of town driving and returned 44.9mpg over the trip including a very good drive on the M1/M25, well pleased for a 2001 car.

Call the midlife!

3 days away in the Lakes and Dales this week, 620 miles covered, 30 mpg average. You're not trying hard enough Norman...[emoji38]

This is my second 2, both have been FL versions.

Only difference was my first had a TTE exhaust, and it did approx 10% more mpg than this one.

Drive similar roads in a similar style, don't understand why this one is less economical...
current: Astral Black FL

They also come from a time in history when the quoted mpg bore a relation to real life - i think they were pitched at 38mpg.
