Rear bumper

My rear bumper seems to have dropped leaving it uneven against the panels, is it just a case of removing it and putting it back on securely (and evenly) please?

They rarely line up. I'm not sure what the solution is to rectify the problem. I'm not sure if new clips would make any difference. I'd love to sort mine out [emoji53]
