MR-S cobra fob, how do I add a new one???

Hi, trying to add another cobra 8510 fob to my MR-S as it only came with one.

I can't seem to get it into "program" mode. I've tried the websites that suggesteduse original fob ,  turn ignition on and off 3 times, then on again and it should put into program mode but didn't.

Anyone got any ideas?
