I am looking for info and advice on rear calipers.  One of mine is a bit sticky, and I will probably replace the cables in spring. So started to wonder if it wouldn't be better to bite the bullet and refresh everything at the sametime.

Anyone bought any new ones lately -OEM or aftermarket- for a good price?  Is there a service exchange company that makes them like new? Or is it simply cough up to Toyota?  Are they horrendously expensive?

All thoughts and advice most welcome!

I got exchange ones from brakeparts international about 3 years ago. They looked like brand new ones to me.

They didnt have exchange ones for the front so I had to get a service kit for them.

They were the cheapest I could find at the time.

I bought mine from www.brakeparts.co.uk as well and they do one as outright purchase so no need to send old one back.

I might be wrong but doesn't the Padré do calipers now? @Bigbear007

I think "biting the bullet and refreshing everything at the same time" is an excellent idea. When a part of a system shows signs of "distress" then it is often the case that the rest of that system will be in the same condition.

I sent my calipers front and rear off to be painted and refurbished to "BIGG RED" calipers.

Fantastic job, had mine painted blue. they can also supply all the accessories and are great to deal with.
