I don't want to swap engine even if going for a V6 can be nice! :)

I will install all the mods then map and we will see what I can achieve and, if I really want more power I will just change car :D

Have a think what you want to achieve. 

If, as part of this, you can afford some stg1 Crower cams, there are some gains to be made there that bring the exhaust, intake a piggyback mods to life a bit more. Then you're talking about 15hp or so and a bulked up midrange

I really don't want to start opening the engine as it will go over my knowledge and I am not sure I am up to change the cams by myself... and I already spent way too much money on this car to be honest so don't want a mechanic to change it as it might get very expensive...

If only I was not considered a newby in UK... I had my French license for 17 years and yet I pay a lot for insurance... otherwise I think I would have a second everyday car and the 2 as a toy whenever I want to have real fun! ^^

Hmmm.. See, that's odd. 

I had the exact same situation. License from Netherlands but only counted here from the day I got my UK license. 

Then I had a massive seizure and I handed in my license.
6 months later when I got it back, it had my full history on.


So... Might be worth a try.. Hand in your license and request it back?

This seems ridiculous we are all EU citizens after all.

Well I'm still using my French license as it is international when I believe the UK one isn't... maybe I should just pass a UK license but not sure I can have two...

I agree mate but apparently not so much for administration... but I don't complain, in France the car 2 is quite expensive to be honest when it is so cheap here lol

Euhhh, my gf´s only need óne seat.
If they want more space for ... stuff, then they should get a car of their own.

Spring sprung a surprise on my by changing into summer early so I missed the window: had planned to escape for a week with my dog. Take the passenger seat out!! so he is more comfortable on a cushion.
´But how would you then take along a nice woman you meet´ says mountain girl.
Like that woman would sit with a farting French Bulldog on her lap, however nice.

My girlfriend does not need her own car as she works in London with disable people and sometime it is nice to please your girlfriend by going with the things she also wants...

But back to the subject, I think I will give up on the Unichip and just go for the Mafmod as it seems to be less hassle! :)
