I need to replace my battery and have couple of queries –
Are there any memory lost issues with disconnecting the battery I can find no reference in the handbook about codes for the audio and no reference of any code numbers in the original docs.?
Members here are recommending the Yuasa YBX5053 but the dimensions seem larger than the existing battery - anyone had problems fitting this onto the tray or under the clamp ?
Thanks

@MRtwoRoadster
You will loose the ECU setting, but no problem as it will self reset.
Audio, don't know about codes but my Alpine was not bothered.
I had the Yuasa battery in March 2016 with a 5 year warranty , no problems with battery or with fitting in my '02 car.

Thanks. Mine is an 03 so must be the same spec. Not sure about your 'Alpine' ref is that the audio?

It is the audio, I believe it's an aftermarket unit, fitted by a previous owner.
