Hey all

I ordered a Malian, 200 cell cat and back box from PJPERFORMANCE but it's been 6 weeks now.

Has anyone else had any dealings with this company?

I read a post from someone who had purchased from them but i dont recall how old the post was.

I ended up calling them after a month as I'd had no feedback at all. The guy claimed that covid was causing delays but, having looked into some reviews of the company, it looks like I should have avoided them all together.

My emails weren't answered at all and it took a long time for me to track down their number.
Looking now, there are parts of the website that aren't finished and refer to wooden furniture?

Getting worried now.

Hopefully your payment was via Credit Card/ PayPal, either way and as you have been emailing them I suggest you refer this non supply to your Credit  Card Co./PayPal.
First send another email telling them that you are referring this and ask for an immediate refund or proof of dispatch.
I doubt now they will respond so contact your Credit Card Co. they will ask if you have contacted the supplier and told them you are referring.
All being well the Card Co will refund you and pursue the Supplier to get their money back.
