Looking to fit new radiator as I remember on my last 2 it did not last long and the current one isn't looking too hot! What do people recommend currently? Stick with standard rad or spend more and go for alloy? Needs to be compatible with air con.

I just bought one off ebay, £60.

Not sure if you can get them in the deal, but there is 20% off selected sellers today only with a code. You never know, you might get lucky!

I will have a look thanks. I've found one on Euro Car Parts for £52. Similar to what I bought a few years ago.

Thing is, is it worth spending £120-£300 on an alloy one over one of these? I'm assuming not?

You know what? It is! When I clicked the link, eBay is telling me I've bought this before  ;D

I put a coolparts radiator on when I got it, as it had a leaky radiator when I bought it. Should still be ok you'd think.
It was 35GBP at the time! Damn inflation

I'll second Coolparts for rads great price and quality so why pay over £100 for one.
