£5750 cash or BACS t/f, or trades/exchanges £6k & above (ESTATE CAR WANTED)

....up for grabs is my immaculate silver 26k miles MR-2, its 2 owners before me pretty much garaged from new and condition certainly reflects this.
Deciding last year my MR2 is too original and too good to modify in any way here it is
(I was on the fence as to whether to convert to 2ZZ running gear this year; to make what would probably be: - my favourite car ever)

Hard top and garage stand, perfect hood too,
The only modification is a stainless tubular manifold (and original cast pre-cat manifold included)
red leather, Sony double DIN
New Falken tyres all-round in 2022 and less than 500 miles since (as it was still on its original Bridgestone 2001 rubber before that and high time to change them).
2 keys and superb documents
factory mudflaps and custom shaped rubber over-mats
indoor / outdoor soft cover
Optimate battery conditioner
Near-perfect body-work and all original paint as this car has never been damaged (the wheels have not even been refurbed from new yet)
this mr2 does not have a single dent on it anywhere, every panel is as straight as they come

Has to be amongst the best left of the early pre-facelift cars, and certainly falls into the 'collector quality', future classic category.  Lovely to drive too of course.  Currently up for sale on commission in a boutique car shop for quite a lot of money (£7k) as the proprietor believes he'll find a buyer as people start coming in to browse in the Spring/Summer.

Car now restored to its original 51 plate - for anyone wanting to check MOT history etc - drop me a line I will confirm the original registration number and send you some more photos.
The 2nd owner basically bought this MR-2 from his next door neighbour after nearly 19 years garaging it from new and servicing it every other year.  Suffice to say it was treated very well as a 2nd car for weekends in summer.  As it was too good to see it p/x'd anywhere, the lucky 2nd owner was persuaded to sell it to me for a tidy profit, as I was looking for a really nice low mileage example a couple of years ago.  Today I'm looking to break even on my purchase with all the correct maintenance done when I bought it (4x new tyres, brakes and fluid, battery, all belts, plugs & filter oil service, etc), over the last year and pass this fine example onto another enthusiast to enjoy.

If anyone linked to this forum offering £5750 (or will exchange for an estate car valued between £5-£10k with cash either way)
