How do you clean your roof - deep down!

Hi all

I had the common 'water in the rear luggage compartments' after last weeks downpours. It was, as expected, caused by the blocking of the top drain holes  beside the parcel shelf. I scraped out as much rotting leaves as I could and the water subsided.

But it's so hard to access there. When my hood is down, I can see the whole area where water drains is stained, dirty and just generally grubby!

How do you guys keep this bit clean?

time and patience, i find its easiest with the roof in a half up/down position to get your arm in there

plus you need to remove the side vents and clean the other end of the drains out
