2000 Toyota MR2- no longer for sale privately

For sale my year 2000 Toyota MR2

108k miles, part service history.
2 keys, one fob is held together with tape.

Has had a radiator, alternator, newer suspension, new cat, new chain tensioner (or whatever its called), belt tensioner, disk brakes/pads replaced and new o2 sensors, since I've had it (obviously has been used so they're not now new) plus serviced every year until about 2 years ago. There is some service records, but I don't have all of them.

Starts, runs, drives. I put a little fuel in it every once in a while, and start it up to make sure its good. It does need help starting now due to the battery which suffered over the winter and needs replacing.

Leather seats and interior in a good condition, but no stereo.

It's got a toyosport wrapped decat manifold.
It's got newer shocks and springs off a 2002 low mileage car and the facelift underbrace.
4 toyo tr1 tyres with plenty of tread (but are about 5 years old now).

Wasn't using excessive amounts of oil, ie less than Toyota say is ok.

It has aircon, but I haven't tested it in a while, so dont know if its good.

No mot

Clutch slips a little at high revs, so needs replacing.

The front drivers side tyre slowly losing pressure (probably corrosion of the rim).

Body work looks good in photos, but there is a scrape down drivers side (top coat only), stone chips to front,and a few minor dents.
The roof is slightly dog eared (but water doesnt enter the cabin that i can see) with a few splits and repairs.
One frunk hinge is broken, meaning tge plastic one not the metal bonnet.
There is a cut out of bumper due to a badly fitting centre exit exhaust (under panel is supplied if you want to fit it back on, the solar charger is not included).
Alloy Wheels are a little tatty and have a home rattle can tidy up by a previous owner.

Ive had this about 7 years, but it has been sat for just over a couple years, due to having another, and not having the time (or money) to fully sort this out before selling it, but It needs to go, so selling it as it is.

This is a 23 year old car, so isn't perfect, there may be more wrong with it that I'm not aware of, I'm not a mechanic. Please buy with this in mind.

I'm not sure what it's worth really,  but I was thinking of £400 but i will consider offers

I guess that it is, but it has no MOT/ tax / or clutch, so requires transporting to wherever for rectification that would increase the ££.
Most of us on here have at least one 2 and likely limited space, if any for another.
Perhaps @JohnGee 'S tech college could buy it as a project? More definitive tuition then John and of course you could share that gleaned knowledge.

Lovely idea, but they're currently overflowing with cars - none as interesting as a 2 - they have a deal with a recycling company and, after a bit of a lull, are back to getting a steady supply of 'new' cars that are runners, some that look quite desirable but others that look like they've had a pretty strenuous and exciting life (a bit like myself).

If it was local to me I would be very tempted just for the hell of it but Mrs B would perhaps have something to say about that idea

Yeah,£400, I really don't know what it's worth and I was hoping for a quickish sale. It will go on ebay probably.

It's currently on ebay, and seems to be doing ok, so not for private sale now.
