Currently the car is being fettled with to get it through the MOT - the only item on the list is a slightly high CO (most probably due to the eBay cat I bodged together for the MOT). When I asked the experts how to reconcile this last fault, I was told to put £50 on the passenger seat next time 😂 and from talking to other swapped MR2 owners, they all seem to have friendly MOT garages with mechanics that must have pockets full of £50s! I can't promise it'll have an MOT any time soon as I will be going from garage winking and begging until I can find one that ignores the CO. Then, I'll be able to bang the decat back on!

At the moment, the car just needs tidying of the wiring by way of zip ties under the dash, which I will do, a good wash, which I will also do, and then someone to enjoy it properly, which - with two kids and no time - I won't do.

I'll redo this advert and provide pictures of the car as it stands over the course of the week.

Price without MOT (but feel free to chat to the garage who will back me up that it's just the CO to sort!) is £7000. I easily ploughed in double that if not more! Almost every part has either been rebuilt or is new. Therefore, I won't budging on price any time soon! Once it had an MOT, I will be putting it up further afield on eBay etc. for more. I'd rather a true hero appreciated it from this forum though!
