Yep, reckon that's what it is, but not here as we don't have dog biscuits so it was at it's previous home. 🤣
It must have squeezed through the grille as there's no holes in the intake pipe.

This being the car with the engine cover drip tray not fitted I ask-  was there a filter in the box?
If not maybe a performance mod from the previous owner!

Yes there was a filter in there, just as well otherwise my engine would have ingested it all!
