116k TTE exhaust.
Needs a re spray and new hood.
Drives well, MOT till June 25. Several very cheap fix advisories.
New fuel line, new power steering lines.
Drives really well.
We need a sensible hatchback runaround.
Obviously pictures on request.
Any offers?

"We have" sounds very dealer talk.

Reg? To look up mot for those cheap, easy fixes. If cheap n easy why not do them?

I genuinely joined this because we were going to restore the car, it's my wife's pride and joy.Since joining she has been hospitalised with a serious heart condition, the car has to go.
I certainly didn't expect aggressive comments to be posted, I'll move it on elsewhere.

A little introduction would have gone a long way in terms of setting the scene.

As there are no joining fees subscriptions or any other charges in joining this group we are open to, and have been subject to abuse of our good nature.

Your opening post is a cold attempt to sell.

That may or may not be the Facebook way, I don't know.

We would rather help an owner repair and keep a 2 on the road.

Now you have opened up a bit, that changes things a lot. Hence my much softer reply.

Given the mot history I think 1k would be the upper limit. Given it clearly needs a full suspension refresh at the very least.

As most here already have a 2, we are not a great audience to sell to. We are the best place if the option to restore was viable.
